Job Opportunity for a Building Management Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Building Management Systems Specialist to join our team in Perth, AU. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing customer sites with a focus on Building Management Systems and Security Services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service, inspect, and maintain equipment, diagnose faults, repair, and program BMS controls.
  • Loading and configuring systems as required.
  • Managing small projects, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and providing high-level management of customers.
  • Providing technical consulting, design, and implementation of systems leveraging product knowledge to the service business and customers.
  • Mentoring and training junior field service representatives.

Key Experience and Capabilities:

  • Supervisor Trade Certificate is an advantage.
  • Electrical/Electronics Associate Diploma or higher is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Building Management Systems/security systems including fault finding and repairs.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
