About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic lawyer to work on a diverse range of health and medical negligence matters, representing healthcare professionals.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to coronial investigations and inquests, disciplinary investigations, and personal injury claims, as well as provide legal advice and represent clients in court.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on coronial investigations and inquests, disciplinary investigations, and personal injury claims
  • Representing clients in court and providing legal advice
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Newly admitted or up to 2 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer
  • Interest in health and medical negligence law
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
