About the RoleThis part-time, continuing position offers an attractive salary of $92,573 - $99,972+ 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time) and provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage medium-risk campaigns and events in accordance with the annual health promotion campaign, working closely with the Manager, Student Engagement & Orientation.
- Event Support: Provide professional event support and advice during pre-planning and implementation of medium-risk Health Promotion events.
- Work Planning: Prioritize work and critical activities, recognizing barriers to achieving outcomes and finding effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Seek feedback from students and stakeholders regarding satisfaction and perspectives on student central services, responding with openness and transparency.
- Relationship Building: Establish new relationships with diverse stakeholders and individuals inside and outside the university, continuously improving service delivery.
- Degree and Experience: A degree with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent combination of extensive experience and specialist knowledge, education, and/or training.
- Event Coordination: Proven experience in program, project, and event coordination within an educational institution or complex organization.
- Administrative Experience: Administrative experience, preferably in the education sector.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality student experiences and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
