Civil Designer Role Overview

We are seeking to appoint a Civil Designer in a full-time permanent position for our Community Development team.

Our approach covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.

The successful candidate will contribute to delivering innovative solutions in all facets of land, urban and subdivision projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpreting civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Interfacing with associated disciplines such as planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Collaborating with diverse teams nationally
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated civil design/drafting experience within a consulting environment
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
