Site Supervisor Opportunity

The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the success of our civil construction projects, overseeing all aspects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. They must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to manage resources effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

This is a key position that requires experience in FRP as a Site Supervisor, with a strong understanding of OH&S protocols. The ideal candidate will also possess a Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar, and have expertise in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging plant, labour & material resources for the project
  • Direction and monitoring of subcontractors & suppliers
  • Maintaining daily records of site activities
  • Reading plans
  • Effective communication with internal & external stakeholders
