Supervise Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead by example during busy service hours, setting the pace for the front-of-house team.
  • Collaborate with your team to motivate and achieve exceptional results together.
  • Create schedules, nurture team growth, and harmonize departmental efforts.
  • Develop a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment becomes a memory.
  • Guide your team in achieving service excellence, actively seeking information to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and food service.
  • Experience guiding and empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with diverse food & beverage settings and flexibility to work across different schedules.
  • Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals.
