Real Estate Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Ipswich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the property management sector or those with experience wanting to grow their career with Elders Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including marketing and preparing leasing agreements.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and trades to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule routine inspections, record reports, and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Manage tenant communications, including rent arrears, lease renewals, and property concerns.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations, such as smoke alarms and pool safety.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, creating move-in packs, and monitoring invoices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license and Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Confident and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft suite and ability to adapt to new technology and systems.
- Previous experience in an administration or customer-focused role.
- Flexibility across working hours for property inspections, open homes, etc.
- Local knowledge of the Ipswich region.
