About the role
Are you looking for a career where you can grow and thrive while being part of a supportive team? Elders Real Estate Ipswich is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our number one Property Management Business on a permanent full-time basis.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone to take their first step into the property management sector. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will provide support to our Property Management team with marketing, preparing leasing agreements and property management assistance. Your experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you wil:
- Communicating with tenants, landlords, and trades to ensure smooth operations- Scheduling routine inspections, recording reports, and following up with maintenance requests- Managing tenant communications, including rent arrears, lease renewals, and property concerns- Assisting with entry and exit inspections and overseeing the preparation of tenancy agreements- Ensuring compliance with property regulations, such as smoke alarms and pool safety- Supporting your team with administrative tasks, creating move-in packs, and monitoring invoices

About you
To succeed at Elders, you will need:
- Valid drivers and Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain)- Confident and professional communicator, verbally and written, with a exceptional attention to detail- Proficiency using the Microsoft suite and able to embrace new technology and systems- Previous experience within an administration or customer focused role- Flexibility across working hours for property inspections, open homes etc.- Poses local knowledge of the Ipswich region
