A highly skilled professional is sought to lead a team in maintaining the physical infrastructure of our data centres. This role involves ensuring 100% availability of critical systems and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, relevant work experience, and excellent communication skills.

This position requires managing a rotating shift roster, supervising engineers, and collaborating with external teams to drive innovation and resiliency.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing contractors, establishing performance benchmarks, and conducting analyses.

A security clearance is required for this role. The professional will serve as an expert technical resource, interacting with onsite technicians and third-party vendors.
