  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Finance, with exposure to payment and bank connectivity solutions or back-office operations.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with various payment systems (ACH, SEPA, CHAPS, BACS, etc.).
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT messages and ISO pain files.
  • Mindset: A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong collaboration skills and ability to build transparent and productive relationships across teams.
