Treasury Reporting and Transformation Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in Group Treasury transformation, partnering with the Banking division to deliver innovative data-driven solutions for retail banking business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver treasury solutions for Retail Treasury specific problems using new in-house platforms.
- Ensure adherence to governance requirements and best practices.
- Tertiary qualifications in quantitative disciplines such as Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics or Information Technology.
- 1-2 years' experience in treasury or product reporting, business intelligence or related risk reporting.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, Dataiku, Python or Alteryx.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting on liquidity, EFS, capital or other product level reporting/management information.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to foster collaborative working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
