About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Field Team, delivering expert service and repairs on supermarket refrigeration systems, mentoring junior technicians, and assisting with emergency response.

This role requires a combination of hands-on work and leadership responsibilities. You will be expected to support the Service Manager in daily coordination of the Field Team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for delivering expert service and repairs on supermarket refrigeration systems, identifying and resolving faults in a timely manner. Additionally, you will mentor junior technicians and promote a first-time fix culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and Repairs: Deliver expert service and repairs on supermarket refrigeration systems, identifying and resolving faults in a timely manner.
  • Team Coordination: Support the Service Manager in daily coordination of the Field Team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Tech Development: Mentor junior technicians and promote a first-time fix culture within the team.
  • Crisis Response: Assist with emergency response and complex fault diagnostics.
Requirements
  • Leadership Capability: Strong leadership capability or prior mentoring experience (preferred).
  • Fault Finding: Strong fault finding and troubleshooting ability.
  • Communication: High standard of communication and professionalism.
  • Admin Skills: Excellent computer literacy and admin skills.
Essential Qualifications
  • Certificate III: Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (UEE32220).
  • Licenses: Individual Contractor or Supervisor Licence, Construction Training Card / White Card, NSW Driver's Licence.
