The Costa Farms and Logistics Category is a national provider of supply chain management and logistics solutions for retail and FMCG companies, providing marketing services for growers' produce through our market floor.

We are seeking a skilled Picker/Packer to join our high-performing team at our Select Fresh business in Canning Vale, WA, employed on a casual basis for up to 40 hours a week. A competitive hourly rate will be offered.

The Role
  • Pick orders per customer requirements with attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high inventory & pick accuracy ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
  • Ensure the warehouse and surrounding areas are clean and fit to store fresh produce.
  • Stack pallets in a manner that stock will not be damaged in loading or in transit.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures to promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist in any duties as directed by management.
  • Work in a refrigerated environment and operate electric pallet jacks.
  • Apply manual handling techniques with repetitive lifting of stock up to 20kg.
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse (or similar) experience preferable.
  • Forklift license (License to perform high risk work) desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues.
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
  • High risk License - Forklift (desirable).
