Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team, responsible for sourcing and delivering high-quality fresh produce to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the retail and wholesale markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and consumer demand to inform purchasing decisions.
• Select products aligned with brand and customer needs.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers for maximum profitability.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Manage purchasing budget and monitor spending.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotions and launches.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years work experience in a related field.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
• The opportunity to work from Monday to Friday.
