About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations Strategist to join our team at EFinancialCareers Ltd. as a SaaS Platform Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping our cloud migration strategy, delivery and deployment infrastructure, operational tooling, customer insight tooling, and platform reliability strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic vision and build out an accompanying roadmap for our SaaS platform.
  • Prioritize work based on value to the business and impact on the customer.
  • Work with multiple product owners and teams to build detailed backlogs and provide regular feedback on in-progress work.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and change management teams to shape organization policies and processes that better support our SaaS business model.
  • Partner with architects to help shape technical delivery priorities.
  • Work with functional product managers, customer-facing staff, and pre-sales teams to better understand business requirements that shape our platform needs and priorities.
  • Accelerate agile outcomes through an ideate, define, deliver, and validate focused approach.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivery.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with a successful SaaS business.
  • A hands-on history of operations and/or development.
  • Comfortable talking detail with experts on cloud technologies, delivery pipelines, site reliability, process automation, change management, metrics, and monitoring.
  • Strong communication ability, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • A pragmatic ability to innovate, driving new ideas and concepts, taking account of technology changes and market expectations.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
Bonus Requirements
  • An interest in finance (treasury management).
  • Experience with Scaled Agile and Scrum.
  • Cloud platform exposure and experience, specifically Azure.
