About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Banking Facility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Data and Documentation teams, you will work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and product partners to deliver timely and optimized customer outcomes for lending facilities and collateral management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders to provide exceptional customer and banker support.
  • Accurately reviewing and processing returned letters of offer to ensure compliance with execution requirements and policy.
  • Setting up lending facilities in core systems such as Orion and OCP data.
  • Completing other assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate information on workbenches, OCP, and peer output.

You will be part of a collaborative team environment within Customer Data and Documentation teams and other COO Institutional Australia business units.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to health and wellbeing services and discounts on selected products and services from ANZ.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Detailed knowledge of banking systems such as CACHE, Orion, OCP, Loan IQ, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through all issues to completion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge and ability to use Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High-quality verbal and written communication skills.
