Heritage Documentation Specialist

A dynamic opportunity exists to work on historic projects in Sydney, where you will have the chance to contribute to the conservation and restoration of Australia's most prominent historic buildings and monuments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing design documentation and shop drawings that meet set deadlines and assigned tasks. They will also be expected to upload and issue drawings via document registers as required.

Key Requirements
  • Qualification in Architecture, Engineering or relevant trade background;
  • 3+ years local experience in documentation;
  • White Card for visiting construction sites;
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Solidworks;
  • Experience with Aconex is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Design Manager;
  • Producing accurate and timely design documentation;
  • Understanding building codes and regulations;
  • Coordinating the upload and issuance of drawings.
