  • Identify areas for improvement in current benefit offerings and administration processes, providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex benefit programs, with a strong track record of driving strategy and implementation in a matrixed company environment.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience leading or managing successful projects that deliver results.
