Bar Supervisor/Manager Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bar supervisor/manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.

Key qualifications and skills required for this position include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a cocktail bar environment.
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • A valid Australian work visa.

We offer a competitive salary package, including pay rates ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including employee discounts, mentoring programs, free drinks and food, and professional development assistance.
