Bar Management Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced bar manager to lead our team at our Point Cook location.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing a high-performing team.

  • Coordinating, managing and training bar staff to deliver high quality beverages and service to guests
  • Recruiting, coaching and mentoring new bar employees, including staff performance reviews and creating a strong team culture
  • Assisting the restaurant manager in rostering bar staff alongside the Restaurant Industry Award
  • Assisting in achieving operational costs and promoting efficiency in the bar
  • Ensuring workplace compliance, including Health and Safety, RSA, Award compliance
  • Contributing to beverage menu planning and development
  • Stock take and stock ordering
  • Ensuring bar cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

  • Previous bar management or supervisor experience essential
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Initiative and drive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Cocktail and barista skills essential
  • Commitment to achieving outstanding results in all areas of the business
