We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Player in Beverage Service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers, maintaining a high level of presentation and service excellence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with regulars, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate the point of sale system efficiently and accurately, minimizing errors and maximizing productivity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a hospitality role is essential, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- A reliable driver's license is necessary for occasional deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods and supplies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings, accommodating the needs of our business and clientele.
