Job Opportunity

We are seeking energetic and experienced Gaming Customer Service Attendants to join our friendly and talented team.

As a key member of our hospitality team, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to our members and guests in a fast and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Previous gaming attendant experience is essential (min 1 year)
  • Current RSA, RCG competency card
  • Availability to work a range of shifts including late nights, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing/being on your feet for long periods of time and walking the gaming floor
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and personal presentation
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to speak, read and understand clear, concise and fluent English
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of Gaming Machine operations
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of WH&S policies & procedures;
