- ** Saturday $ 40.78 p/hr**:

**We're looking for energetic and experienced Gaming Customer Service Attendant to join our friendly and talented team on a Permanent Part-Time basis. This role is based primarily at Blacktown Workers and Blacktown Sports CLub.**

**About the Role..**

In this role, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to our Members and Guests in a fast and efficient manner.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
- Providing food / drink service to our Members and Guests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
- Attending to gaming machine maintenance and payouts
- Delivery of great customer service experiences; and
- Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas on the gaming floor

**Requirements..**
- Previous gaming attendant experience is essential (min 1 year)
- Current NSW RSA, RCG (essential) and Advance RCG (desirable) competency card
- Availability to work a range of shifts including late nights, weekends and Public Holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing/being on your feet for long periods of time and walking the gaming floor
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and personal presentation.
- Possess a "Can do" attitude
- Ability to speak, read and understand clear, concise and fluent English;
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of Gaming Machine operations
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of WH&S policies & procedures;
