We are seeking a Human Resources professional to join our specialist team.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract position offering flexible work arrangements, including remote work and part-time schedules. To be successful, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Proven experience working in a large/enterprise company or shared services environment
  • The ability to maintain accuracy, high attention to detail and resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good understanding of Australian employment relations and industrial requirements
  • Knowledge of HR systems processes and tools

This position requires a thorough probity assessment, including a national police check as an essential selection component.

About You

You will be a collaborative and solutions-focused People & Capability Advisor, with a passion for providing HR guidance to leaders within a complex business. You will either have experience in end-to-end HR activities or be a recent HR Graduate with some foundational experience at a minimum of HR Coordinator level.

Your engaging approach will see you providing dedicated advisory and case management support to operational leaders and P&C teams, demonstrating best practice HR advice throughout the employment lifecycle.
