Seeking Fashion Designer for Innovative Role

We are on the hunt for a skilled fashion designer to join our team and contribute to creating seasonal collections that cater to diverse dressing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with co-founders to conceptualize range themes and mood-boards.
  • Analyze customer profiles and design ranges accordingly.
  • Identify market and sales trends to ensure product development aligns with commercial goals.
  • Design within budget and inventory plans, providing cost indications.
  • Research, design, and develop innovative product designs.
  • Evaluate fabric quality, artwork development, style, and fitting.
  • Develop clear tech packs and hand over to external developers.
  • Collaborate with external developers on product prototypes and sampling.
  • Oversee technical processes for high-quality fit and construction.
  • Approve care instructions for bulk production.
  • Provide styling guidance for photoshoots.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
  • Personal experience as person with disability.
  • Highly creative and commercially aware.
  • In-depth understanding of product design and development.
  • Resourceful and proactive approach.
  • Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively.
  • Strong computer knowledge and design software skills.
  • Confident communicator.
