Frontend Team Lead Position Overview

The Frontend Team Lead is a key member of our technology team, responsible for leading and growing a team of skilled frontend developers. This role requires strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members in their professional development.


Job Description:

As a Frontend Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing frontend systems to increase functionality and usability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on user and business requirements, ensuring that software features are implemented from concept to delivery following system requirement documents. Your expertise in testing methodologies and implementation will be invaluable in this role, as well as your ability to document software architecture and processes.

Collaboration and communication are essential skills for this position, as you will be working closely with multiple teams to innovate and enhance our world-leading RF detection technology. Your experience in mentoring and guiding team members will be crucial in helping them grow professionally and develop their skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop frontend systems to increase functionality and usability.
  • Implement new software features from concept to delivery, following system requirement documents.
  • Bring experience in testing methodologies and implementation.
  • Document software architecture and processes.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on user and business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements:
  1. BS degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as a Front-End Developer.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams.
  4. Solid understanding of JavaScript (ideally React as a framework).
  5. Comfortable writing Python or Go (to support the team in API integration).
