Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a fast-paced Digital Team (website and digital marketing) to deliver initiatives including website management, digital marketing, video production, and special projects.
  2. Project manage and utilise innovative digital strategies to achieve organisational objectives.
  3. Maintain work-life balance with a 9-day fortnight and hybrid work environment.
  4. Temporary full-time role until March 2026, with potential extension.
About the Role

The Team Leader Digital oversees daily operations of the Digital Team, including digital marketing campaigns, website management, and video production. The role requires a focus on customer service and user experience, leading projects such as website improvements, accessibility, content, and social media strategies. We seek an experienced, innovative, and motivated individual with a strong foundation in digital communications and project management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Digital Communications / Marketing, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four years in a similar role with proven digital tools and project management skills.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to build credible relationships and influence organisational outcomes positively.
Additional Information
  • Salary up to $106.6k per annum, with progression to $123.5k on performance review + 12% superannuation.
  • Temporary full-time position with a 9-day fortnight.
  • Hybrid and flexible work options: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite at Wyong Administration Building.
