Job Description

The Business Development Baker is responsible for creating innovative baked products while identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and driving growth in the bakery sector.

  • Develop new recipes and product lines that align with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all baked products, ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar culinary role.
  • A strong background in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
