We have a 50,000 sqm distribution centre with 1,000 team members, ensuring the critical link between our product and customers. In this strategic role, you'll lead dispatch and transport operations nationally, driving efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with logistics partners to drive best-in-market operational efficiencies.
  • Analyse and optimise transport network performance for cost and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan resources, wages, and labour requirements with accuracy.
  • Report and present performance metrics to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-volume supply chain or transport operations, ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills, building rapport.
  • Proven analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and commercial decision-making.
  • A track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading & motivating teams.
  • Understanding of WMS / TMS systems is advantageous.
