Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles across our venues, including food outlets, cafes, barista, bar and award-winning functions team.

To be successful in this role, you will require flexibility to work operational hours, including late nights, weekends and public holidays. You will also need to have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive above-award wages, a 3-week roster in advance and opportunities to develop your skills and confidence in a supportive and fun culture.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
