Customer Service Representative Wanted

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and perform general administrative duties
  • Collaborate with the Production Planner to plan and analyze demand and supply history, usage, shipping times and other relevant factors
  • Conduct procurement activities for local and overseas raw materials
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Sales Team
  • Liaise with warehouse staff members

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales or administration
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location
