Job Role:

Regional Sales Leadership

As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for guiding District Manager sales teams to achieve sales excellence. This role involves planning and implementing sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and product development programs to target existing and new markets.

This role requires the ability to manage and direct sales teams effectively, plan and implement sales strategies, develop account plans, and oversee advertising activities.

  • Manage and direct District Sales Managers, including implementing sales strategies and managing sales budgets.
  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic account plans, sales strategies, and forecasts to meet corporate objectives.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities, including print, online, and electronic media.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives within designated parameters.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, with a minimum of 5-10 years of related experience and progressive managerial responsibilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as exceptional skills in MS Office Suite.
