The role of Executive General Manager, Performance, Risk and Strategy is pivotal within an organisation. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this executive drives performance, enables agile decision-making, and supports the achievement of ambitious goals.

This leadership position oversees multiple divisions, including Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research. The successful candidate holds formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee, ensuring robust enterprise risk management.

A deep understanding of business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines is essential, ideally within insurance or a similarly complex, regulated environment. A strong public sector context is also required.

A proven track record of delivering results through strategic leadership, people leadership, collaboration, and innovative thinking is necessary. The ability to generate strategic insights from complex data and lead high-performing teams is critical.
