Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive business plans aligned with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute key initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance, recommend pricing strategies, and optimize profit margins.
  • Analyze user behavior and product trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support strategic partnerships and investments.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in the blockchain/crypto industry; experience with DeFi is an asset.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting, with team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis using Tableau, SQL, and/or Python.
