Job Title: Claims Advisor
">We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of complex workers' compensation claims from inception to settlement. The successful candidate will collaborate with injured workers, employers, brokers, legal vendors and regulators to deliver timely, cost-effective and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
">The ideal candidate will have proven experience in workers' compensation claims, with strong technical claims handling and injury management skills. They will also possess sound knowledge of Western Australia Workers' Compensation legislation and experience working within statutory schemes.
">A key responsibility of the role will be to develop case strategies and evaluations, set and review reserves, and ensure all claims activities meet Zurich and WorkCover governance, legislative and quality assurance requirements.
">The successful candidate will lead engagement with legal partners, represent the company at resolution meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement and strategic priorities across the team.
