Job Title: Senior Product Designer

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
  • Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on business outcomes
  • A robust framework for making design decisions - HCD, Design Thinking
  • The ability to bring design solutions to life with compelling narrative and story-telling
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize and generate influence at senior stakeholder and C-suite level
How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Autonomously managing end-to-end experience/product design
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality work
  • Talking to customers and conducting research and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
  • Contributing to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform
  • Providing design guidance and mentorship to junior designers and cross-functional teams
