As a Senior Product Designer at Roman Health Pharmacy LLC, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products and services. Your expertise will help us create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate a cohesive long-term design vision that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Product Design Leadership: Partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to define and deliver high-quality product experiences that meet user needs and business goals.
  3. Design Practice and Capability: Work with our design team to continually evolve and grow our design practice, processes, and capabilities to support the delivery of world-class product design solutions.
  4. Relationship Management: Influence, challenge, and enable teams to deliver high-quality product experiences that meet user needs and business goals.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio that demonstrates consistently high-quality design outcomes, contributing to user experience and business value.
  • A clear communication style; empathetic to a variety of audiences from senior stakeholders to contributing product team members; rich storytelling from beginning to end.
  • Experience leading other designers working on complex software.
  • Experience building and iterating on a product based on usage patterns, user feedback, and an evolving strategic landscape.
  • Experience in building foundational relationships both with cross-discipline peers, stakeholders, and design team mates.
