About the Role
Myob is seeking a senior product designer to join our team in the Financial Services & Benefits domain. As a senior product designer, you will play a key role in contributing to the top-line growth and adoption of our product offering.
The successful candidate will work closely with our design peers, partner with product and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for our employee onboarding product and other partner-integrated workflows.

- Our designers are curious and want to understand our customers, using various research techniques to gain insights.
- They collaborate with their team to make sense of the findings and seek critique and feedback to improve themselves and their designs.
- They communicate effectively with other team members in product management and engineering.
- They test ideas, concepts, and designs early and often, considering the customer's full journey from start to finish.
The Skills You Need
- 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a background in design generalism.
- You confidently lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery.
- You possess the ability to influence our business strategy through design.
- Experience in financial services is advantageous, but your design expertise is what truly matters.
- You are driven by innovation and a relentless focus on the user, with proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional team environments.
