As a Senior Advisor, Public Interest Disclosures, you will play a key role in supporting the oversight agency for the Public Interest Disclosure (PID) Act. You will provide expert advice to public sector agencies on their responsibilities under the PID Act and Standards.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance to agencies on assessment and management of PIDs.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote compliance with the PID Act and Standards.
- Contribute to the management of information about reported PIDs, including database administration and quality assurance.
- Undertake review and research activities to support the PID oversight function.
- Vision: Demonstrate sound judgement in decision-making and understand when to escalate issues.
- Results: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and achieve results through planning and persistence.
- Accountability: Understand and work within legislative and policy frameworks.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of public administration, complaints management, and relevant legislation.
