Senior Leadership Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the performance, conduct, and policy understanding of the public sector workforce.
  • Provide expert advice to senior public servants on complex matters, including employee complaints and conduct.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement sector-wide policies that foster meaningful relationships and improve efficiency.
  • Assess data and trends to inform effective solutions for managing performance and conduct.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive HR briefings and mentoring programs to support team members in understanding legislative and policy frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Outcome-focussed leader with practical experience in providing advice to leaders in the public sector on human resources or employee relations matters.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to facilitate conversations with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Interest in finding policy and legislative solutions to improve the way the public sector works.
