Pay: From $76 per hour + 11.5% super Location: South Brisbane/CBDClient: State Government Start date: ASAPContract length: 6-month contract with extension Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – Work From Home The Role Design, develop, and deliver culturally appropriate e-learning content and blended training programs to enhance digital and professional capabilities of First Nations peoples.
Identify the skills required for the role against a Digital Skills Framework and develop a matrix of skill competencies.
Engage and consult with relevant stakeholders to define role requirements and codesign models of delivery.
Identify existing training or develop content to support professional development.
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions to build knowledge-sharing capacity across 30 Indigenous Knowledge Centres.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs are respectful, relevant, and aligned with Indigenous cultural values and learning styles.
About You First Nations People are encouraged to apply.5+ years' experience in training development and delivery, preferably within community and local council projects.
Qualification in Training, Education, Human Resources, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience in these fields and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning tools, and virtual training platforms (e.g., Articulate).
Demonstrated experience in producing high quality training and materials that meet the criteria specified with project management and learning frameworks.
