Role Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and direct the nursing staff in providing safe, effective, and efficient patient care.

  • To develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to nursing practice.

  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that all aspects of patient care meet the highest standards.

  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and to provide support to patients and their families.

  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care and to analyze data to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in nursing, including four years in a leadership position.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A current practicing license from the country of origin and valid registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a senior specialist.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High standard of clinical nursing and management skills.

  • Good statistical and administrative skills.

  • Experience in manpower planning and budgeting.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
