Role Overview:
This position is responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead and direct the nursing staff in providing safe, effective, and efficient patient care.
To develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to nursing practice.
To participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that all aspects of patient care meet the highest standards.
To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and to provide support to patients and their families.
To maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care and to analyze data to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
A minimum of eight years of experience in nursing, including four years in a leadership position.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
A current practicing license from the country of origin and valid registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a senior specialist.
Skills and Qualifications:
Diversity in clinical skills.
High standard of clinical nursing and management skills.
Good statistical and administrative skills.
Experience in manpower planning and budgeting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Personal Qualities:
Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills.

Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff and respect confidentiality in work-related matters.
