Senior Clinical Leader

The senior clinical leader will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation within the nursing department.

This role requires strategic and hands-on leadership, with responsibilities across clinical governance, team development, patient care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to the nursing team, developing and implementing nursing policies and protocols, recruiting and mentoring nursing staff, driving quality improvement initiatives and monitoring patient feedback.

Requirements
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife (AHPRA).
  • Significant experience in infertility nursing, with ongoing professional development in the field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing nursing teams within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, quality assurance and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff and external stakeholders.
