About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our service department as a Department Head.

This role will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team of employees to achieve organizational goals.

You will be responsible for developing, communicating, enforcing, and monitoring effective service processes.

Create annual service department plans and budgets to align with organizational objectives.

Submit warranty and product improvement claims on time to receive maximum credit.

Schedule and assign tasks to employees according to their skills and knowledge.

Review work orders for accuracy before customer billing.

Ensure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.

Manage employee development activities, recruiting, and staffing.

About You:

You must be highly motivated to provide a clean, safe, and efficient service department.

Solid mechanical knowledge and operational experience would be beneficial.

People leadership experience is a plus.
