About Our Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be an expert in providing solutions to trade and retail customers, using your knowledge of automotive parts and mechanics. You will build effective customer relationships, use up-to-date product information to problem-solve, and maximise sales.

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and ensure their needs are met with genuine service.
  • Built strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has experience in automotive parts or mechanics, and is comfortable sharing knowledge with others. You will be a natural problem solver who is solutions-focused and able to work effectively in a team environment.
