Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our close-knit finance team. This is a varied and hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and your contribution genuinely appreciated.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable with a focus on high accuracy.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Provide support with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Handle insurance renewals and process claims efficiently.
  • Reconcile inter-company accounts and maintain the Fixed Assets register.
  • Prepare Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) documentation and contribute to financial reporting.
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and prepare prepayments, accruals, and cash flow forecasts.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Confidence working independently, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team.
  • Clear, professional communication and a positive approach.
