Effective Case Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to play a key role in supporting migrants and refugees in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, particularly in settlement contexts, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on the lives of clients.

  1. Provide outreach, advocacy, and case management support to newly arrived humanitarian entrants and eligible migrants.
  2. Deliver intensive complex case management as required, working closely with the casework team to achieve positive client outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain relevant staff capacity to deliver effective case management services.
  4. Offer guidance and expertise to the broader casework team, contributing to the development of best practice in case management.

Key qualifications include at least 3 years' experience in case management, preferably in a settlement context or related sector. Complex case management experience is highly desirable.

Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field are essential, as are a Working with Children Check, current Driver's license, and willingness to undertake a police check.

Evidence of current vaccinations and flu jabs is also required.
