Supportive Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing case management support for children and young people with high and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise caregivers to ensure best practice in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Contribute to overall service development by promoting a trauma-informed model of care.
- A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in social work or community services.
- Sound knowledge of trauma, attachment, and integrated trauma-informed practice.
- Experience in child welfare practice and ability to meet children's developmental needs.
- A knowledge of child safe principles and standards.
- Professional casework skills, including LAC and CRISSP/CRIS.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in diverse contexts.
