Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong capabilities in a customer-facing role and enthusiasm for contributing to team experience and growth.

The Condition Monitoring Professional will be responsible for managing, implementing, and improving vibration, lubrication, and thermography-based predictive maintenance programs.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing data collection, analysis, and determination of recommendations for rotating equipment;
  • Assisting with RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis);
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client plant reliability, availability, and performance;
  • Providing support, mentoring, and technical reviews for team members in predictive and preventive maintenance practices;
  • Executing maintenance strategies and programs for clients, seeking opportunities for improvement by using the latest data analytics techniques;
  • Assisting with investigations, providing technical input for equipment failures and troubleshooting projects;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum VCAT1 certification with VCAT2 highly regarded;
  • Engineering degree or trade certificate would be highly regarded;
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience of managing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies including vibration analysis/lubrication/thermography/alignment and balancing (highly regarded);
  • Recent resource industry experience in either Oil & Gas or Mining;
  • Experienced in the latest data analytics tools and techniques, along with a good working knowledge of a wide range of rotating and reciprocating equipment;
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, JDE;
