About the Role:
Join our T1 client as part of a pioneering team delivering the first Fixed Plant Maintenance Control project. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of predictive maintenance and alarm management for fixed plant assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver work packages in agile sprints for the Maintenance Control project.
  • Collaborate with technology teams, site teams, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement tooling, dashboards, procedures, and training.
  • Support alarm management and predictive maintenance initiatives.
  • Contribute to change management, communications, and integration with site teams.
About You:
  • Mechanical Engineering qualification.
  • 5+ years of fixed plant maintenance experience (e.g., crushers, conveyors, car dumpers).
  • Understanding of SCADA, PLCs, and alarm systems
  • Experienced in SAP, RCA, PPS, and condition monitoring.
  • Proven ability to work across corporate and site teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills
  • Experience in change management and communications.
  • Exposure to predictive maintenance and asset health systems.
